This is a 79 k20 i am thinking about buying. It has a 350 engine, sm465, np205, 14 bolt ff, 10 bolt front. It run's real good does not smoke, engine's been rebuilt recently. I drove it, seems to drive good and all that. the tranny is clean, oil pan is clean, tcase is clean none of them are covered in gunk. It does have some slight rust issues on the passenger side rocker and a dent in one of the bedsides and some rust on the front fenders but other than that it's clean. Only problem is i don't have any where to keep it realy, i still live at home and mom says no more trucks at the house but i like this truck and i have enough money to buy it. The guy want's $2900 Let me know what yall think and if it's a good deal.

offer him 2k for it if you think it's worth it....seems like a decent deal to me for 2k....not for 2900though. down here, you can find deals like that everywhere.

I think it's a little high for that price. Something like that would go for $1500 around here.
If it was a Silverado and had all the bling-bling (i.e. chrome) then it could fetch more than $1500.

I will probly just pass on it cause i know he won't come down on the price, and he said he's not in a hurry to sell it. I also think 2,900 is a bit to much That's why i didn't buy it yet, if he would come way down then maybe i will.

that might be a good price if the paint was decent.

It's been spray bombed camo, It does look better in real life. But it's just an "ok" paint job.

I agree. That's one ugly camo job. Looks like it has potential though.
