Testing the waters---trade h2's w/ 39.5's for 39.5+ for 16.5 rims

What I have

4 H2 rims---17x8 (I think) slight rock rash
4 39.5x13x17 Irok bias with no less than 5/8 tread also slight rock rash. One tire has a plug but all hold air.

what I want.

39.5+ tire size in comperable shape as the ones I have. but in a 16.5 in rim.
