A radio enthusiast friend of mine gave this to me and I have not once used it. It's a little too big to mount where I want to in the suburban so I'm going to get a different radio and sell this one. It has been modified to have additional upper and lower sidebands, comes with a galaxy mic and a mounting bracket. I know it works but I have never used it.
Ive found them on the Internet for around $130 new so I'll let this one go for $75 plus shipping.

Upper/lower side bands (aka Single Side Band, SSB) are not additional bands. They are just using half of the AM carrier. They are included functionality with this model.

I would guess the mods were to add illegal frequencies to the radio.

Yeah I imagine so. I don't know much about them. Hell I don't even know if the price I'm asking is fair, I can't find much about this thing.
