th 400 questions

ive had my 400 in the burban now for a few months but finally took it down the road and i noticed that it shifts out of gear way before it should- even if i manually shift it. I try to make it build power higher in its range and the tranny shifts before it should IMO. any suggestions?? thanks Ryan

Did it originally come from behind a diesel? May need to recalibrate the governor. Summit sells kits to do this.

When youre building power while manuel shifting, do the lines on the road look like dots?

while manually shifting it shifts at around 4800. i really appreciate the ideas but what yall are tellin me is that i need to swap this new th400 out for a built 700 right??? well let me know why its shifting so low later Ryan
