Most cost effient would prolly be just swapping the 203 to a 205, gotta get new shafts though. If there is nothing wrong with your set up then leave it till she blows.
I am building this truck to be an all around trail/camping rig and the 203 is starting to act funny when I shift to the not so low, low range. I am also going to be running it on 35s.
