th350 help

i think my th350 just went. i was driveing home and the next thing i know the truck is makeing a loud vibration noise and shakeing even when you come to a stop after a miniute or longer the noise will go a way but then it comes back any ideas

Are all the bolts tight ? I have seen GM trans make noise like that after bolts loosened , could also take out the pump . Free to look
