Th350 kickdown

It says its good for the th350. Those Lokar kickdowns and dipstick tubes are ridiculously overpriced.

Any recommendations?
Do you need a picture of my carb kickdown bracket?

Ok... now how do I get to connevct to the carb? I cant pull it anymore forward?

If there is not sufficient adjustment in the cable housing you will either need a bracket that is closer to the carb or a longer cable. Once you change one thing pretty much everything else has to be changed along with it to play nice together.

If you are in a pinch and still have the old cable you can cut the end off and use it as an extender by overlaying it to your new cable and using bolts and washers to hold it together. It may not look spiffy but it will get it done.

Ok its on.... this thing adjusts... doh... please bare with me. Im still a bit green on this stuff...
Hahahaha

Would you advise to attach kick to tranny first, then get tranny installed then connect to Kickdown to the bracket on the motor? Gettting the kick off was difficult with the tranny in, weird angles and just awkward...

Yes, just be mindful of where the cable is when mating the bellhousing to engine. You may want fish it through to near where it needs to be when you get the trans close
