yes its driver and its about 7 5/8 pretty sure it iswhen i had it on 350 then shaft sticks out about 2in and it bolts to my 241

Well it looks like you have the right th350 and adapter to bolt your 241.
The 7 5/8" is the 81 model and it will most likely be a th350C with lock up torque converter.
I don't know what is the reason you were asking looks like you have all your ducks in a row, unless your 241 is 32 spline and you will need a 27 spline. That would be easy to get since most 90's truck came with that one.

yes that is what i mean 241 is a 33spline and 350 is 27 anyway for quick fix on that/
Oh that is easy:
You can get the input shaft and change it or you can find someone that needs your 32 spline and give you his 27 spline, and maybe even pay you an additionnal $25.
I would buy your 241 if you were closer. And I only have 208's with 27 spline and those are passenger side.
Go to the for sale forum and post up.
Or maybe someone here will see this post and contact you.

Yeah you need to change the input on your 241, it's pretty easy but there a re many that want a 32 spline so save yourself the hassle and exchange with someone that wants a 32 and has a 27.
You can get the parts at a junkyard or buy a complete 241 27 spline and then sell this one when you get a buyer.

ok so what would i ask for like type of t case to get one from or what year?
You need one from 88-98 1/2 ton pickup or 92-98 blazer or suburban
Jumping in here for a second..... I am going to make my 94 chevy into a 4X4. I have a rolling chassis from a 93 but I will need to make my 4l60 mate up to a 241.
I guess I will need to find a new output shaft and tail housing for the 4l60 and I need to but a 241 if anyone has one for sale.

i found one from a 98 with 27splines but its a 243 would still work??

so having a problem now i finally got the 27spline input shaft for my np241 to bolt to the th350 and there is still about an inch to go before it will bolt together??
How thick is your adapter ?
You might have a 700r4 adapter .
I have the th350 adapter which is 1.5 inch thicker.

The NP241 and NP243 are basically the same. You can swap the internals around. I had to take a 241 input and put in my 243 to keep the push button 4x4 when I done a 5 speed swap on my truck.

like 4 inches but i left it off and the input shaft on tcase is hittin tailshaft where it goes from splines to where thickens a little back down to normal
