At full throttle my trans shifts at 3500rpm. Engine doesn't make much power past 4500rpm but it's still building to that point. How do I adjust the full throttle shift points on this thing?

The governor weights and springs.
First make sure kickdown cable is adjusted correctly. If it is loose it will shift too early.
