Th350 to Np205

i picked up my 205 today, but i am a little confused about how it connects to the Th350. there is a male output shaft on the 350, but the input shaft on the 205 is also male. how do these mate together? is there an adapter sleve that mates the two together? i didnt get my adapter yet so i dont know what it looks like but from what ive seen there isnt any kind of sleeve. help???
