TH400/205 & 350ci/th400

Need to clean up the yard a bit so here are 3 items for sale:

• TH400/NP205 from 83 K30. I bought the rolling chassing for my 1 ton swap and this is what's left. Was said to be in working condition when I bought it. Still bolted together with the torque converter installed.
  I believe the 205 shifter to be there too but will check - $400
  
• Motor and trans removed from my 75 Corvette: bone stock 350 with TH400. Only has 42k miles. Motor sat in the car for 20 years without being started. Would need full rebuild. No idea if it was 4 bolt or not but the car was said to have 195hp

Motor and trans still bolted together but has been sitting outside for the last 2 years..mostly covered

Worst case both are great cores $300

Is the 400 the K-case?

Is the 205 a fixed or slip output yoke?

Is the 465/ 205 a 10 or 32 spline?
