TH400 2wd use as 4wd?

[Emmettology 101]

The 2wd version of the Th400, can you use a t-case behind some of these without swapping out the output shaft?

If so, what cases can be used behind them?

90% sure you can use a 205 behind a short shaft 2WD TH400. The 205 takes a 4.5" oupout shaft. Someone may correct me.
