I tried rebuilding it, Didnt work out so well. Once it warmed up it would just slip. could be pump. Has over $200 worth of rebuild kit, shift kit, new converter in it. Would need to be flushed/rebuilt. Comes with inspection cover. Had a 241/208 behind it.

The bell housing cover is the alum one with 6 bolt holes.
