Will a TH400 from an '86 m1008 CUCV (6.2L Diesel/TH400/208) fit a '90 V2500 suburban (350/TH400/241) without modification? If not, what will need to be done to make it fit?

I'm not 100% positive about the length of the outputshaft but if it's the same then you should be able to. you might need to swap modulators and/or governors but everything else should be the same.
Yeah something is different with the converter I believe Diesels shift earlier. Other than that if it had a 32 spline 208 behind it, and the 241 is 32 spline it should all bolt up.
