I need a bare 400 housing as I blew up mine this weekend. I put 2 holes in the bellhousing and cracked it along the top about an 8" long crack. What happened was the flexplate weight (BBC external) came loose and finally broke off and flung around with the torque convertor. It blew the 2 holes in the bellhousing and finally came out of one of them. I need a bare 400 HD 6 bolt dust cover type housing to use and have it rebuilt with the current internals of my existing 400.
