Just converetd my 465/205 to a TH400/208 from a CUCV. There are two wires on the kickdown switch. I'm sure one goes to the tranny and the other goes where? I was thinking eithetr power or ground? Also, which one goes where? TIA!! It's so much nicer not shifting:waytogo:

Fused, Ignition switched power

1 - Does it NEED to be ignition switch, since it's not on all the time?

2 - I have an orange wire & a pink w/ black stripe wire. Which one goes to the trannt & which one to the power?

Thanks.

The way I'd do it is:

Ign. Switched off the fuse panel or other source, with in-line fuse to one terminal of the kickdown switch, then the other terminal of teh switch to the plug on the tranny.
