th400-np203 adapter....

So, I am still waiting for my adapter...and my 3-stick, and the modified np205 shift rails...:confused:

Stephen? James?? Call me please.

Someday i'll get this darn truck done....if I get what I've paid for....

Rather than troll the board why not call them?

I know it is a huge effort to press 10 buttons on a phone, and that reciever can get heavy after a while:rolleyes: .

Don't come on here and do this crap.

Call them.

Talk to Denise she will be able to help you. If it is busy or you get a machine call them back later. Between sickness and the UA trip the office is a little hectic right now.
 
You're joking right? I have called, many times, at least 1-2times a week. Trust me, I am a repeat customer, I know how it works, but on this one issue it seems that they forgot about me.

I have been working directly with James, and have had no issue save this. I was hoping they read the forums and it would jog thier memories.

What's the point of having this link on the front page of their website if when you do post you get flamed by people that are ignorant of the situation? This is why I cancelled my membership at Pirate.

Stephen and Miniwally are the only ones that really check the board here. Like was stated with UA and the fact they are a small business, there is not much time to come on here and check "traffic".

Personally I have never had a time when I called and asked to speak with Stephen that he did not call back at some point during THAT day or he stopped what he was doing and took the call immediatly (sp?). Sorry if you get butt hurt over the give em a call comment but it is what it is.:dunno:

Oh, and the latest word is they won't be around until after the 18th due to UA.

Thats why I told you to talk to Denise.

It's all good. James called me back and we got it worked out. It seems when Josh left, a bunch of things didn't get forwarded. I hope his mom get's better soon.
