I am looking for a dipstick and tube for a th400 tranny.

gmc4cw has told me he might have one , but if not , I need to start looking for one Anyone out there have one ?

Summit sells brand new locking ones by Hughes for like $52.

they also sell chrome ones for 20.00.

I am just trying to stay stock

The Hughes is as close to stock as you will get, with the locking feature, too.

I called the stealership, they wanted $75 just for the tube and another $16 for the stick.
I will be going to lmc or summit for the cheapo chrome ones if i cannot find an oem one.

I am gonna get the truck this weekend, the first thing I pull will be your dipstick tube. you just need to light a fire under my butt.

how bout , someone left a 6xer inside the tranny pan and the only way to get it out is to take out the dipstick tube and install a straw.
you have 15 minutes ,
