Hi, I have a TCI th400 transbrake with reverse pattern.

It has worked really well but last week I lost my brakes on a trip.

So what do you do when you have no brakes and really, I mean REALLY need to stop? You slam the reverse off course... at speed...:o

The reverse seem to work as normal but there is no second gear:confused:

When it should be in second it is in first. Third gear still works as it should.

Any ideas? I am going to take it apart anyway but it would be nice to know what is to be found. I have had the previous th400 apart and was able to put it back together so I think I will manage.

you will probably find your problem when you take it apart. I can only offer this:

Coan Engineering
1602 East Havens Street
Kokomo, IN 46901
Phone: 765.456.3957
Fax: 765.456.3960

Ask for Walker or Jason.
