As long as it is a 4wd cse it should be a bolt in procedure. The only thing I can think of that might be different is the governor gear, but you can swap your old one in in 5 minutes.
I think the only difference is in which tail shaft the transmission has. This is dependent on the transfer case you are running.
I think TH400s with NP203s are different from 205, and 208s
