TH400 Questions?

Just a few questions, i'm looking to buya K5, hopefully my first of many.

I was curious if I ended up with a Truck with a TH400, would a 700r4 bolt right in its place? I am going to need overdrive, the MPG is going to be bad enough without it, heh.

If it does not, what am I going to be looking at to change over from a TH400 to a 700r4?

It will bolt in place, but you will need a matching tcase for the 700R4, different length drivelines, possibly a crossmember, a different tcase shifter (unless the TH400 had a NP208 as well)...
