Please just clear this up for me...

These 203s are different, correct?

Meaning that a TH400 and a TH350 that are mated to a 203 are not directly swappable?

Correct, the 400 version will have a 32 spline input and the 350 version will have a 27 spline input.

AFAIK yes you can swap inputs but it involves taking the 203 range box almost completely apart to do so.
