I am posting this question for a friend.

Military Chevy Pick-up 1.25 ton. 350 gas motor, TH400 trans to NP208 T-case. This is the 2nd broken T-case adapter I've had in last 5,000 miles. I'm thinking of replacing my stock motor mounts and the trans mount on cross-member. Anything else I can replace? Anyone have any ideas as to what is happening? I need the truck for hauling firewood and heavy loads soon.

major drive line flex . i would swap to poly mounts for the work involved it swaping out them. even stock replacment rubber motor mounts suck these days .

and do you have the brace rod on pass side of case to bell housing bolt hole ?

or even a front drive shaft from tcase to pumkin is to short and bottoming out in the slip and moving the tcase back and breaking the case adaptor.

here is energy suspension . http://coloradok5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=275267&highlight=energy+suspension

I cracked mine once going threw a cold river after a long day of wheeling. Went to a junkyard and got another one. It's the weak link... They are hard to keep from leaking fluid too.

This was the day it happened...
