Built TH400. Chevy case. I had Terry at Coonie's Racing Engines put a rebuild kit and a Redneck Performance reverse manual valve body in it. The valve body has compression braking in all gears. Perfect for a serious tow rig or a powerful off road rig. While we were in there I bolted up a TCI torque converter. IIRC it's a Saturday night special that's furnace brazed and has an anti-ballooning plate and rated for 2,000 RPM stall speed. Trans has never been filled since rebuilt. It is missing the dipstick and tube. Only thing left to do is find a dipstick and throw a new filter in and it should be ready to go. Converted the tailhousing and tailshaft to work with a 241 transfer case.
