It really does amaze me how every time I call Off Road Design they are willing to drop everything that they do and help me out again, and again, and again. I have been building a Dodge Ramcharger now for (well, much longer than it should take anyone) and I had a problem with the rear final drive on my NP-205 case that I rebuilt. Long story short my old 205 case had been in some sort of an accident as the case was brazed back together in a couple of places. The rear output was grumbling and groaning after getting into second gear. I dropped the rear driveshaft and it still did it. So, today I call ORD around lunch time and spoke to Stephen Watson. He gets me all the info that I need and I ended up ordering a whole new NP-205 for my Beater. Everything was handled by 1245 hours and my new T-case should be here late this week. It is because of workmanship and ethics like this why I will continue to purchase parts from Off Road Design. Thanks again, y'all!!

When I get done with this truck I am going to be at the Easter Jeep Safari from April 1st through the 11th. I did put in for the Petersens 4 Wheel and Off Road Ultimate adventure but, I really don't expect to be picked. Other than that I am hoping to get out in the Jemez Mountains forest road 144 to 99 to 100. I will look you up then.

Every time I call them I have the same exact experience...EXCELLENT customer service! They also have very good prices, and super quick shipping times. They are the first place I turn for parts for all those reasons! Good vendors get my support.

you should never expect anything Less from them. Not only do they Know what they are talking about but They are not afraid to walk u through everystep instead of aGood Luck.

I got back from Moab a few days ago and even though my whole experience was a total bust, the parts from Off Road Design worked without fail.

The week started off bad and went to horrible quickly. First, dropped the camper trailer on my foot. Then blew out the muffler on my tow rig. Next was the frame on my Beater ripping where the track bar was. Then came two broken studs on the drivers side and one on the passenger side. A broken left thumb was the result of trying to fix the studs. My thumb was between the drivers side hub and the 4 lb hammer I was swinging. I also broke the hub all while using my thumb as a buffer. Then came a broken 9500i Warn winch. The winch does not have a working brake, which was not all bad as I will explain later. Then one of the four bolts that holds the box on the frame stripped out of the box. A one and a half hour later I was back at camp. Then while trying to load the darned thing back on the trailer the other three bolts broke holding the box on. Then, while trying to winch the truck onto the trailer, I managed to smash my right thumb in the winch. Thank goodness the brake does not work. I can't remember how many times I wanted to burn the truck to the ground. The truck is going to a friends shop in Idaho during Mothers day weekend. I have learned my limits when building trucks.

I wasn't sure I was going to live though it either. The truck is going to Casper Customs in Rigby Idaho and will be getting a full hydraulic steering, and the front four link re-worked, and hopefully the winch figured out. Blazer bash may be possible but, with the way my luck has been going I am not going to hold my breath. It would be fun to meet up with y'all and hang out.

The winch may be wound backwards, the same thing happened to me, turns out the brake only works in one direction.

According to the picture on the remote everything is correct. Is it still possible to have the winch wound backwards and have the remote still be correct?

I don't know but my winch brake works now and my remote is backwards:confused:Probably has to do with some rebuild along the line somewhere. This is the 10k winch I traded Cheston for and I discovered the non working brake while winching his brothers (Mitch) Bronco up on my trailer. I orignally switched the cable just so the remote was correct then had to swith it back after that discovery but all is good:D

Hey y'all, I thought I should add another THANK YOU to Off Road Design.

Some of y'all may know (Blazinzuk) that I am building another truck. I still have the Beater (Ramcharger) but, I was in need of another rig. See, I have a very special hook up for Top Truck Challenge that Four Wheeler Magazine puts on every year. A family member has been a judge for quite a few years and now is the announcer for the video. He asked me again if I would be willing to go back and do recovery work. Well, I said yes but, I wanted to find a better looking truck. The Beater is kinda ugly and I did not think it would look too good on video. Long story short I bought another Dodge but, this time it is a 1977 Dodge Power Wagon with a big block, manual four speed, NP-203, and the best part is that it is a step side with a wood bed floor.

Anyways, I already bought two sets of their zero rate add a leafs, and I wanted to find out about their cross over steering. More specifically if it would still work if I moved the front axle forward 1 1/2" I also had questions about the brake lines and the Chevy springs they offer. I got all my answers on the phone quickly, and I am again impressed with their customer service. THANKS AGAIN!

Man, I don't know how those boys do it... Not only do they drop everything and take care of you on the spot, but they even remember details about my rig and past purchases. They know what works and what doesn't and are happy to share that information with you. With that kind of customer service, they must have a LOT of customers. To remember their names, details about their rigs etc is something else!

ORD will continue to recieve a large majority of my buisness for many years to come!

I am still floored at their abilities and their continued support for our sport. I have ordered a bit from them in the past and even though they specialize in Chevy trucks they are so close to the Dodge market as well. Dodge and Chevy are really, really close in design that it only makes sense to continue to use Off Road Design in this project as well.

So what IM saying is ORD Rocks and The folks inside it are AWESOME. That is all Thanx for letting me share again

Well, I did have one minor set back. I wanted to do a shackle flip on the rear of my 1977 Dodge Power Wagon. I thought that since Dodge and Chevy were so close they would make a kit for it as well. They didn't but, I did get information on someone who does make exactly what I want. Again I would not have found this kit if it was not for the folks at Off Road Design. Thanks a million!

These folks have done it again. I got a call from Steven Watson last week in reguards to my hydraulic steering that I have on my Ramcharger. I was able to call them back today and spoke to Mr. Watson for some time about it. Turns out I am running the wrong steering arms for my set up and that is why I lost the hydraulic steering pump. No problem as they make exactly what I need to make the steering work.

This was way above and beyond what Off Road Design needed to do. Mr. Watson did not need to call me, he did not need ot offer to lend a hand in fixing my junk. He just did! Never before have I had such an awesome experience with ANY company.

Off Road Design and their employees continue to impress me everytime. Thanks again!

Yesterday I spoke to a fella named Chris who was very helpful. I know that Dodge is not their forte but, Chris was able to get a new PSC box for a mid 80's Dodge for me that is set up for hydraulic assist and they also had the new full hydraulic steering arms I need as well. I had to wait on the arms as money gets tight building two projects at the same time. Off Road Design is so easy to deal with.

Thanks again for all you do for the off road community!

For some reason I forgot to thank Off Road Design again. Back in April or May, I ended up ordering another cross over kit for my truck I am building now. It has kind of a funny lift under it. I used Tuff Country 6" lift Dodge leaf springs and I also ended up using Jungle Jim Fabrication spring mounts that have 2" of lift built into them. I then also used Off Road Design's zero rate add a leaf in an effort to move the front axle forward 1 1/2" and gain another inch of lift. Well anyways, all the parts were ordered, shipped and went on the truck very nicely. The only hang up was the nuts I was sent for the new steering studs were not the correct ones. But, that was an easy fix with a trip to the automotive store.

This is the second Dodge Off Road Design has helped me with. Now, they are Chevy guys and gals there but, they sure do know their way around a Mopar. Thanks again for everything y'all do for me. It is greatly appreciated.
