OK my custum grill had broke on the trip and I wasn't sure if it could be fixed without frocking it up. So I had this 91 grill and headlight rings but darn GM moved the headlights just a little for 91 so they wouldn't work.

I think I can mod the 1987 trim to work with the grill and keep my old trim rings. However my friend at the garage did one hell of a job fixing my old one never burnt the chrome or blued it.

Help me out here which one do you think looks better in the truck.

I have never seen another one like this one. I see the tubes or bars but never one like this.

Mine has the tubes and a square center bar. Is that how yours is? I have no clue who made it I can only find the flat phantom (1), all square (2) or tube types(3). Heres a closer look at mine. The little ones are round tubes.

ah no after looking at yours twice, i see that yours is different. does maybe LMC have a grille like that? i gotta order a few parts from them in a bit i will look at there grille options while im there.

I decided to put the old one back in my friend Chuck (one of two brothers with Garage/Service station) welded it up and didn't discolor the chrome. I am cleaning the rust off it real good and going to put several coats of wax on it.

I did find a four digit number on it. Will post some pics Sunday night. Thanks for the input and pm's.
