they are mailed as first class flats and therefore do not have a tracking number. and yes I know, USPS is sending out notifications but all USPS tracking starts with 9.

what they are calling the tracking number is the bar code above your name

Not all were first class, some were priority mail with tracking numbers, just assumed the people who said they didn't get a tracking number were talking about priority mail.
