Greg got it in 2002... all stock, had sat forever, didn't run, but got it running.

He put his Buckshots on it and ran it first stock height, then with a lift.

He put a new motor in it but never finished, and screwed up a bunch of stuff on the installation.

I got it from Greg in 2003, and "tractor tire Mike" was supposed to get it from me... ended up tearing it all apart and never paying me or making a trade. It sat from 2003-2005.

I throw it back together and get it running last fall (2005).

I get to the point I don't have time to finish it 100%. I sell it to Steve on payments. The rear end I put under it (one that was recently rebuilt) seizes up on his way home. I give him another rear end. And now it's back to daily driver duty.

I haven't even had time to see it since before that last picture was taken. That's a picture a friend Wayne took of Steve at his house.

The rear end that was in it before, and that I gave him were both posi rears (Gov-Loks). Guess it's not working.

The only time I ever got to drive this Blazer from 2003-2006 was off my trailer; and around a few blocks of my neighborhood the night Steve got it.

if only they could talk eh!

what a life

glad to see you put time into it and kept her alive unlike so many other people who crush ****:bow::bow:

Right now I think if that Blazer could talk it would be telling Steve to stay away from my house. Allan's final pic is the one I took. I told him just to do a mild burn out for a decent pic but since he was here he went all out showing off! That Blazer won't live ong.

On the up side, I hooked Steve up with a job in Alaska on a fishing boat so maybe he can afford it WHEN he breaks it...not IF he breaks it!

Steve just came over today for some video footage of the Blazer. I got some good footage of it and uploaded a video through Google. Just waiting for verification through them (making sure it isn't porn) so check back or check my videos page soon! www.mudallica.com

Neat little video there, also love the Wicker Man hehe. How'd he stall her out in the beginning is she auto or stick?

It's an automatic. He has never driven an automatic before and is learning...plus he has never had a real 4X4 before so he is learning this too! He drove his old 2 wheel drive Toyota through Allan's pits last summer (well halfway) and he is the former owner of my tiger Bronco, but he mostly did trails with the Bronco because he was running with 235/75/15 tires. So this Blazer is openng a whole new aspect of 4wheeling to him.
Allan had barely put forth enough effort to make the truck run when Steve bought it from him, so it still needs a bit of fine tuning and carb adjustments. But he is happy with the way it is running right now and is busy playing. Soon I will convince him to take a moment and set the timing...but that will have to wait for now because he is shipping off to Alaska.
I am a Ford guy, but this Blazer is a nice 4X4 in my eyes and I wouldn't mind owning it!
