I HATE DOUBLE FLARING. I was working on some brake lines last night. The cheap Chinese double flare tool I bought was useless. I borrowed a Rigid double flare tool from a guy at work. It was better, but I'm still not happy about the flares. Brake lines are an area where you want to feel good about your connections. It'll probly be fine, but it still frustrates me.

i plan on going all stainless, almost all AN. tube nuts and sleeves are alot easier than double flare IMO. plus you can get AN brake lines(flexible) in almost any length.

as long as we are on the topic of brakelines anyone use the plastic (poly) brake lines like they use on some dirt track cars?
