Just got it on the road tonight. Still have to build a rear bumper and a few other things that will have to wait.

Wheels look great.
What kind of bedliner did you use?

I'm digging the "Missouri Locks"! BTW - what the hell is that thing on the 14b? Anti-wrap bar?

Steve owns Missouri Offroad Outfitters, and they make and sell that kit on a regular basis.

What kind of winch is that?

Wow, just noticed you have a rear CV driveshaft on that rig. Was that really necessary with that much wheelbase?

It is a 6 foot traction (anti-wrap) bar. /forums/images/graemlins/yikes.gif It actually protrudes up through the floor. It is something we offer as a build to specs item. The front is mounted in an orbit eye and shackle setup to allow for full articulation. The wheels are actually stock radial Hummer wheels with a bolt on rock protector. I am running the runflats as well.

may have been a dumb question but i now feel informed... thanks. /forums/images/graemlins/doah.gif

No problem. I don't own any of their products but they sure look top notch to me. Nothing wrong with turning another CK5er onto another member's business. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

The winch is a hydraulic Mile marker 10,500 2 speed. The cv is necessary due to the doubler install and the fact that the pinion to driveshaft angle never changes now due to the anti-wrap bar. /forums/images/graemlins/waytogo.gif

Ahh, forgot about the doubler's effect on rear shaft length. /forums/images/graemlins/rotfl.gif

How long is your rear shaft anyway, just out of curiousity?

How hard is it to adapt that anti-wrap bar to a 14B w/o the axle truss? I have always like your anti-wrap set up and I was wondering if I could get more info about it /forums/images/graemlins/waytogo.gif

Wish we could have traded fenders first /forums/images/graemlins/dunno.gif /forums/images/graemlins/dunno.gif

Looks like a good way to showcase some of your products all in one vehicle.

What is your opinion of that shock set-up?? Mostly on road use? I would like to get rid of some of the rear sway.

I have driven on the local two lane with lots of tight turns and I must say that it handles better as good as it did before if not better. It is hard to say that it is all related to the shock setup or the shackle flip as well. Both were done at the same time. /forums/images/graemlins/thinking.gif

Nice Rig! I plan on buying your axle truss for my 14 bolt rear.also the shock mount set up. Who makes those revolver shackles you have on the rear?
