In order to maintain my residency, and thus get the annual oil checks for my family, I must have my vehicles registered there. You can't do it online. You have to find some poor bastard that is willing to go to the DMV for you. You have to give them limited power of attorney and FedEx your title, registration and proof you are in the military to them. They don't make it real easy.
