the differences between a 1970 and a 1971/between a 71 and a 72

what are the differences between a 1970 blazer and a 1971/1972 blazer? because a 50" rear seat will fit a 1971 but i don't know if it will fit in a 1970... why is getting a rear seat so hard? ahhhhhh

One difference between a 71 and 72 is the rearview mirror. The 72 mounts to the windshield and the 71 mounts to the window frame.

There are no differences in the '69 - '72s that would affect how the rear seat fits. They are all the same.

The bolt holes are in a different place on '70s. Not off by much but enough that a '72 rear seat's mounts don't line up. Ask me how I know since I have a '70.
