The DSPRO budget Blazer build

Find aluminum wheels that you like. If you need bead locks for low air use than inner locks can be added later. But knowing you ryan, you'll do just fine without locks. You're skill level will get you by with nothing more than a spare tire/wheel. Don't mess with any spacers and you already answered yourself about drw hubs.

I found (4) 17" H2 Hummer Wheels with decent 37" BFG All Terrains on CL for $350.

Budget= -$405

I've always meant to comment that I love your avatar. Yours? Perfect combination of badass and cute.

Thanks! Yeah, I love that picture. It was on reddit a bit ago, and my wife made it here avatar, so I used it here.

nice job...i picked up some H2's today, down in gladstone off CL for 380$

I took the H2 Rims down to the farm where the Blazers are staying and mounted them to the Dana 60 and 14 bolt. The tire is probably 1" inside the fender now, and they fit great. Maybe a small spacer one day, but that stance should be fine.

I tried to start the Diesel truck, but it appears that the starter died. The solenoid works, it clicks, and the teeth move and engage the flywheel, but nothing spins. The motor turns over, I can do it by hand...

I'll hunt for a 6.5 Gear Reduction starter and the proper support bracket..

Found 'new' starter on CL for $20. Installed it, truck started right up!

Bought some misc supplies at Napa for $25.

$250 remaining
