Here it is....the needle in the hay stack! I have a 1991 V3500 single wheel 4x4. It was a military vehicle. The truck has had A/C installed and it works (cool..not cold...at least not on 100 degree day). Probably needs a little freon. The engine and transmission were both professionally rebuilt. The engine has an edelbrock TBI intake and valve covers. The truck runs and drives great. I just drove it 250 miles running 75-80 and averaged 13.8 MPG. It has an almost new set of 305/16 BFG all terrains on new black steel wheels. The odometer shows 60K miles. The PO stated that he had the truck 5 years and the odometer stopped working after the first year. He stated that he didn't put very many miles on it after that. The underside of the truck is extremely clean with no rust. There is one spot of rust on both sides of the cab right under the drip rail about the size of a peanut. There is NO rust in the rockers or cab corners.
There is a small broken spot in the lower part of the front grille. The bed is beat up. The truck has the factory exhaust system and other that some small holes in the tail pipe it is in pretty good shape. The factory seats were replace with Yota seats by the PO. The front ones sit nice. The rear bench needs a couple of the mounting points secured. The truck has what appears to be 4 inches of lift with add-a-leafs in the front and blocks in the rear.
Everything appears to work on the truck except for the left gas tank. PO stated that he had a new fuel pump installed and it still didn't work. Probably the switching valve. all gauges work as do the lights, blinkers, wipers, backup lights, and pioneer sereo that sounds decent.
$4200. I need it gone.
