Awesome man! :bow: :bow:

I've been following your build the entire (almost) twelve years I've been here, it's really cool to see it running and moving under it's own power now. Great job!!

I'm gonna go out on a limb and guess your truck starting helper was in diapers (or maybe still in the oven) when you started this epic build? She looks to be about the same age as my youngest (~12)

Congrats!!! I have yet to start my 73 teardown. Have been lurking your tread for ideas.

Now go drive it till you need new tires. That should be a week or two if you step hard on the skinny one on the right.

sweet !!! :thumb:

hope mine doesn't take as long...:whistle:

Thanks alot everyone. This IS a big day.

To TRusty, she wasn't even born. I torn this truck down in spring of '98. I met my then future wife in '99 and my daughter was born in late 2000. She's 11 now!!!!!!
I let her turn the key, if you watch the video closely after it's started she turns and grins big time to her friend off camera.

Yeah, I don't have to get the multple floor jacks out to move it around in the garage anymore!!!

Sweet! It is such a good feeling. My Burb sat for around 11 yrs until I decided to get back into working on it.

Very cool:waytogo::waytogo::thumb::woot:

Dont forget those ramjets have something like a 500 mile break in period built into the computer. I remember hearing storys of guys being dissapointed with the power and then all the sudden one day they are back in their seat!

congrats bud! :woot: wasn't sure when it would happen when you took that long hiatus... so good to be seeing you get after it again....

now we gotta get Jek back in the garage! :whistle: :haha:
