1/2 ton status
The Latest: FIRST billet 203/205 mainshafts to accomodate the 10 and 27 spline male input NP205's ! This means our kit is now compatable with:
- GM 10 Spline (SM465)
- GM 27 Spline (TH350)
- GM 32 Spline (TH400)
- Ford 31 Spline
We have also made some huge changes to our kit; new structural design, alpha numeric clocking, larger hardware, and Nord-Lock washers!
What separates our kit from others?
Clockablility: We give you the ability to clock your NP205/Dana300transfer case up to 6.5" up or 6.5" down within 1/2" increments. This allows you to find whatever fits YOUR needs best! Nobody else can even come close to giving you these options. Not to mention you can change your clocking position whenever you like! You can also clock your 203 to 90 degrees left or right for better ground clearance.
The heart of the system: The Indexed Clocking Ring
Versatility: Our Adaptor kit works with Ford, GM and Dodge applications. GM and Dodge use the same bolt pattern for the NP203, where Ford uses a different pattern. There are no upcharges for mix-matching. Oh - and if you ever decide to change your rear transfer case, all you would need to do is order a new second adaptor plate from us.
Completeness: We supply everything you need to bolt your NP203 your NP205.
The adaptor is comprised of:
1. 203 Reduction Box Plate
2. Center Index Clocking Ring
3. Billet 8620 Shaft
4. Second Transfer Case Adaptor Plate (Fig.8 or Round)
5. Full Hardware Kit
6. Fiber Gasket Kit
7. Billet PTO Cover w/ Plug
Lastly we are currently putting together easy picture-by-picture installation instructions in our tech section!

The Kit Price is $729 USD for any combination of NP203/NP205, it doesn't matter if you mix and match cases.
