You need a garage and boat house to park your cars and boat, shop is for projects and business
Eileen has a 2 car garage for her 2. I have a deep 2 car. Property maintenance stuff eats up one bay.

Always jealous of the workshop space. But i guess its like most thing, you can never have enough/too much space
