The last thread got a bit nasty so now its my turn to get flamed:crazy: . Any way I have made the editors top 60 and would love the chance to punish my rig and spoter, ha ha. I need your votes if you are so inclined, I am #12 the black and white K5.
 
Alright, you want the votes so I'll have to ask you for a 1000 word arguementative haiku for why you should get to go to TTC. We will expect this paper by tomorrow... :p:

Here gose :D . I have loads of nice parts under my K5 (did I mention its a K5:grin: ) to include: Strong but sane 454, SM465 with hydro and stage III center force, ORD Doubler, custom drive shafts with 1410s, front D60 shaved with, ARB, and 35 spline crome shafts, Rear GM ff14b shaved and Detroited, high steer, cross over, hydro assist, p/s cooler, Alum rad with dual elec fans, custom suspention that RTIs 1200 rear 1000 front on a 30 deg ramp, 39.5 boggers that will be replaced with 44s or 46s, rock sliders, large flat bely pan and much more:D .
 
I failed to bring the point that I have done other comps like TTC and took first all around. Not to mention this is the last season for the frame and sheet metal (new project in the shop now) so I could care less about hurting them and just keep the drive train togather. I have watched for many years now and I want a turn.The timing is dead on for me and I will give my best:grin: .
 
You can do it! just mark #12 on the balot and send it in, no chads to worry about here.

Also a breif employment history, first born child birth certificate, and a disclaimer from friends and family stating not to kill you until after the comp is over as you will be spending more time with your truck in the next few monthes than them. LOL:rotfl: :thumb:

If you do get in please, please, please, Spend a bunch of time washing, polishing and touching up painted items.
This will help you trust me. Judges like clean appearing truck. Then spend countless hours checking every nut bolt ect. and I mean everyone of them.
 
Working on the pics but I am not computer savy and cant make them fit. I do have the wifes suport but Im not sure she knows what I plan on doing to the credit card if I get in. The nuts and bolts sound good as it would not be the first time some thing like that has bit me in the can, but paint. Lets put it this way it would need more then paint to look good, thats why the new project is in the works.
 
All most forgot I am a 17 year ASE Master mechanic, and I have no warnts out for my arrest.

It does not have to be or look perfect but some touch up here and there or just even coloring will help....
 
Have not got an issue about voting for ttc when did you get it? Sounds good enough to vote for and is a k5. What else do we need to ask about?:rolleyes: Is it a sure bet to win?:deal: What do we get out of this?:xmas: Can we see pics of when the wife gets the credit card bills?:eek: :yikes: We can support you I reckon . :saweet: :woot: :saweet: :woot:
 
My mag came yesterday. As for the pics of the wife when she sees the card statment your allready to late as she was standing over my sholder and saw the post (cats out of the bag) but she said and I qote "we will deal with it, if your going to run you will need to be ready" how much better dose it get :xmas: . If you vot for me I can promise you a great gift. The gift of knowing you helped a fellow K5er :D . So thanks for the battery of questions and your vote :grin: .

Dont forget there is a show and shine and engineering section... at least from what I have seen in up to my 2002 videos....
so make sure you do some cleanin up if ya get in :grin:
