We are experiencing some delays at the shop and wanted to let you guys know.

Being gone for Blazer Bash depleted some stock. Upon return, we ran into some material shortages from our supplier. Most of the shortages have been handled.

Our cnc mill is down for a repair (couple relays). Our large CNC plasma table is down for a repair. These hopefully will only take a couple days. Doesn't much matter since our air compressor is also down for a repair.

I've never seen a wrist pin move 1/2" toward the top of the piston without some other damage. Kinda crazy.

At any rate, bare with us and we'll expedite as much as we can as soon as we can. Sorry for the inconvenience. We push all the machines as hard as they can go. Eventually somethings gotta give. Usually its not 3 at the same time.

Damm Kert, that's sucks! Hope you get it all up and running soon! I will need that bumper center soon, and a shackle flip also. I'm sure your orders are stacking up, I'm sure you will get them all done soon though. Hope you have them all repaired quick.

I don't think it will take to long to be back up and running again.

With that being said maybe it's time to "give" up some coin for some new machines to abuse. :D

Sorry to hear about all the stuff going wrong Kert! :eek1:

On a more positive note, I looked through all the products y'all offer on your website today (previously I had only made a cursory glance, looking for just a specific thing or maybe two), I must say, quite an impressive variety! Great products and workmanship! :thumb:

Hope things get back to running smoothly for ya with a quickness!!!

Thanks for the compliments. We'll have things back up in order as quickly as possible. Some parts in today and the rest on Monday.

See this is the kind of awesome customer service that keeps me coming back to ya! Unlike another company... who doesnt ship there stuff for weeks and weeks and then lies to, you straight out tell us, sorry guys, our machines broke, and dont beat around the bush trying to lie. I have noooo problem waiting for it when i know well aint your fault! And you tell us right away! tools break and nothing you can do. So for just being honest and letting us know, i look forward to geting the clocking ring/ez inch whenever you get your machines up and running again. Thanks again for the updates!

Certainly appreciate the understanding. Thanks guys!!

One of the machines that is down is currently under warranty so that's kind of a relief as far as repair costs go. Doesn't necessarily make it any faster though. Another is pretty overbuilt for what we require and it still broke. They just don't make things like they used too I guess.

Isn't it surprising how even a $200,000 machine brand new only has a manufacturing life span of about 7 yrs now a days. You'd think for the money companies spend they'd make 'em last a bit longer.

Yep, sucks don't it. Can certainly be dispointing sometimes.

Hey Kert, hope all is well. I know we were talking about you building me a bumper center. Now I want a bumper center with the body mounts built in. That would be the B52 right? Can you send me a pm when you get a chance. The way its going, this will be a trail only rig soon, and I would then go to 56s. Thanks Kert.

We are producing again! :woot:

We contacted as many as we could with emails and phone calls. All we can do.

Plate cutting is back to 100%. Our CNC mill is being a little bit more difficult. EZ inch, shims and all those types of products are held up for it. We have 10* and 8* shims in stock yet. 4's are backed up and 6's are very short. Greasable bolts are also held up.

not complaining just trying to help! haveing good customer services these days is rare. thats why you guys are all good in my book! Thanks agian cant wait to install them.

Our CNC mill is finally back up and running again. I'll spend the weekend taking care of back orders and hopefully by Monday we can be putting those parts on the shelf again.

Thanks everybody for the patience.
