Sometimes they can be fixed, but you’d need to send it to a specialty shop that does that kind of thing.

Depending on the severity and depth of the scratches, depends on the repair.
It appears to get it back to original appearance it will need to be stripped, machined down, then re-powdercoated.
Not a diy procedure really.
