Add these to the list above:
11. Rebuild rear differential with truetrac
12. New Rear Drive Shaft
13. New Rough clunky cardan shaft
14. 4 sets of new leaf sprints

Still working on the list above. All that's left is the truetrac in stall and drive shaft replacements. Springs, shocks, ball joints, U joints all done

With all the drive train work done it drives like a new truck. Tight steering, no clunk, and the new truetrac made a huge different on how it feels taking off from a stop.

As I mention in the overview this vehicle has a black wrap. It's red and white underneath. Wasn't sure what it would really be like, but turned out pretty good. See before (black) and after (red and white)

Man this things drives like new after all the drive train work mentioned above. I didn't realize how clunky it really was before.
Now officially going on the rust in the mid section. Front, rear floor pans, B-pillar repair, inner rockers, etc...

Front right floor is done. 2 layers like rear floor due to being on body mount. New body mount too.

Garry's done so far:
Cut out all bad metal and clean up
Make up and weld in end of body support, rear floor cross member, upright piece joining this to body report and wheel arch repair.

Still to do:
Rear cross member, floor and inner rocker to cut out and clean up.
Make up closing panel between door and rear floor (inc. seat belt mounting)
Cut out required area of replacement floor and make replacement cross member fit.
Repair inner rocker as needed once rusted part(s) are removed. There is a panel welded in there already by prior owner, but don't know what!

Please note that the old parts were carefully cut out to checked on how bad the under layer of metal was.
