The "under destruction builds" supersize75k5 's driveway of despair and repair

Oh man... I guess it's only a matter of time until you wheel the piss out of it... where do we join the pool? I say two months, max.... :haha:

Looks good... I would definately go with the BFG MT's. If you rotate them at every oil change you should be able to get at least 25-30K out of them. I've seen guys get over 50K out of em, but I assume you drive like I do.

How do you like the RCD kit? Keep us updated. As much as I enjoy driving a stock height truck and the MPG that comes with it, a 6" lift and some 33's or 305's would really make my 07 C1500 look quite a bit better, IMO.

the kit was real nice, a few people their had installed a couple other brands and liked my kit alot, the ride is great, it went together great too. The hd is already tall and would fit 33's before but now it should look more aggresive.I would rather spend a a little more gas money and enjoy my truck than drive it around wishing i would lift it..lettin go of the money sucks..but once I see the 35 inch bfg muds on it it should be nice !

Nice...but I had to go back to see when the thread started....chuckle....so who won the pool? Now I wanna see the first picture of it really stuck somewhere...mud/sand/rocks...I'm easy that way...

Oh...I love the fact that the GF did some burn outs...

I let the 15 yr old new driver in the family "go drivin" in my K5 last week. She destroyed some flowers/shrubs/my clean sidewalls at the local elementary school. I was smiling behind my growling exterior the entire time....

Looks awesome. Your definition of a work truck is my definition of a badass dream truck. If only it was 4x4. Looks great though, good work.

if you know my history 4x4 would be very very bad.. it would not live long, in arizona wheeling means rocks..and most trails are not nice to a fullsize or a long wheelbase if you want to keep it dent free.i just have always wanted a nice looking truck that stays nice, a 2wd work truck has a fighting chance! the HDs have the same suspension and every thing a 4x4 has..mine just is missing a t-case and diff :)

Nice clean lift you got there, Shawn! I like the black rims better than the other chrome ones you showed me. The prerunner bumper sure does tie it all in real nice, man! :waytogo:

So.... what's next?? Hackin' the rockers out for some rocksliders? j/k :D

:waytogo: NICE TRUCK! good job! keep it up.. looks alot better than my 03 silverado!. :doah:

its been a couple weeks since ive burned some money..

I think im ready to do a custom prom, going with waitformeperformance, price is right, I will have to have my truck down for a couple days so I am looking into and reading up on a cam swap or maybe even a tad more since I have to do a tune anyways.

im open to thoughts on programings, forced inductions and intakes as well as long tubes and injectors.

this has my attention at the moment.. victor junior intake..this with the heads reworked as well as the cam and headers would be a nice upgrade..any thoughts insight or ideas?

Dunno bout the 6.0's, but a friend of mine just did stage 2 5.3 heads on his 5.3, and a big donkeyd*** cam, combine that with 4.10's...damn thing hauls ass. He's toying with the idea of swapping a t56 6spd into it. He said it should be around 380-390 to the rear wheels. So my say?? do cam and heads on it!! Plus if im not mistaken, there is plenty of stuff out there for the 6.0.

Looks good, but that bumper is horrible. you can do better than that.

im thinking of undertaking a bumper similar to the one i did ont he 86, a warn style..

I just need to put the time aside ..it will take some real effort!

:D you're out of control. i think i asked you in december how long it would be till you've got a straight axle under the front - any new estimates?? :haha:
