right here in salt lake. My buddy ran J&G trans but now is running his own shop now. He did a killer job on my 700r4...with all the upgrades and warrenty 3 years ago. If you want his # call me up....801 599 3191

Nobody can beat a GM tranny warranty and the price isn't that bad:

Each GM Goodwrench remanufactured automatic transmission passes a series of rigorous tests before it goes into your GM vehicle. GM Goodwrench remanufactured transmissions are calibrated for your specific late-model GM vehicle to maintain its original ride performance. And new engineering enhancements are incorporated into GM Goodwrench remanufactured transmissions, to ensure years of trouble-free operation—backed by a 36-month/100,000 mile transferable limited warranty. GM Goodwrench remanufactured transmissions are available at nearly 7,000 GM Dealers across the U.S. and Canada.

Shawn is correct in his statement. The only drawback i have found is if you are putting a 700R4 in something older than they came in like my 79 blazer....at which point you only get a 1 year warranty like a factory high performance engine.Doug W.
