We've played around with these for quite some time now. Done them for some Blazers and some pickups. Don't think we've done a burb yet.

Kind of a mess of options with these hangers. Standard replacements, 1 ton perch spacing conversion and now, 6" forward offset for the 64" spring swap.

explain

these are the forward hangers for the rear springs? I'm running 56's meow, if I swap my stockers with these (set up for 6" forward) I can run the 64's? Only 6" forward?

Yep, these are the Front hangers for rear springs. Customer is switching from either the 52 or 56 to the 64. Can't remember which but doesn't matter, front half of either of those being the same length. Makes the adjustment 6". These are pretty much a bolt on.

dont forget tho boys rear hanger needs to move also on 64" swap.

kirt you doing stock replacment hangers for 1ton 4x4 ?

mine are gone to HELL bad . axle ready to drop off . pic before i just checked the other day and now a lot worse. :eek1: thats daylight around the grass.

What about rearward adjustment (moving 52" or 56" springs back for wheelbase or axle position)?

We have done a 1 ton. No reason we couldn't do it again. Need to double check a few mesurements but nothing challenging.

I'm not sure what i'm looking at in that picture.:dunno:

Sure, why not! I'll try to post up another pic of an adjustable one we did that was set at the 1 ton spacing but center could go either way.

that pic is my frame and front hanger upright section thats rivited to the frame. :eek1::haha:

left side is spring eye / then right is frame bottom and support kicker bracket . middle is the hanger.

real nasty rust up here in the north east . :doah:

Nope. don't see it. I see tree bark.

No doubt, the rust up there is unbelievable. :eek1:

I didn't see them on the site yet, approx cost?

All of them so far are in the $180 range.

Soon as I get a chance, i'll start building the ones we figure to be more popular and get them on the website.

Any plans on these showing up on the website soon? I spoke with you briefly about them around 3 months ago. Still very interested in getting a set for my '76 K10 and '86 K5!!!:D

Yep, still trying to get that done as well.

Are you looking for the 64" spring swap variety?

Sweet!!! Honestly I'm just looking to replace the factory junk on both trucks. I'll be running tons under the K5 for sure, plan on throwing some under the truck too.

I would like to run 56's and I'm thinking with this bracket I could be able to do that without flipping my shackle flips backwards and still retain a good shackle angle.

You have to flip them. The 56s have an offset pin. 26/30
So unless you run then reverse, with the longer (rear) bolted forward, that's the only way it will bolt up. Might be odd with the longer length in the front, not sure how it would ride either.
