Thermostat housing sensors

I just changed my thermostat out along with some of the vacuum lines. One of the two sensors on the housing broke off.....where can I find the part numbers for the two of them? They screw into the housing and the one that broke off has 4 vacuum line connections...

i just got a universal one with the right threads on it and it worked just fine.mine is a 72 so yours may be different.mine only has one wire to send the signal.

lmc IIRC has a pretty good selection of these. They are going to vary somewhat based on year. GM may even still sell them, they might be cheaper than LMC.
