I should get them soon, I got a phone call from Classic today telling me they were available finally. It had been so long on the pre-order that my card information had changed.

I will post them up and a review when I get them.

Once again, I feel like this is one of those items, like the grilles that may be very limited production and then not available again for a long time. Grilles for 73-74 were unavailable for almost 9 years. I'm not missing this opportunity. I have never seen a set of NOS of these ever...and even the best ones have pitting
 
Got them last night, I will post up later today if I feel like it. Depends on how today goes...
 
So..first, they look great. The look like the real thing and they look new. They look better than the original emblems that I have on the Blazer now that I hand polished and painted. They are really hard to make look like new.

The only thing I don't like is that they are made in China.

Also, photos just don't capture the chrome well, they look like new chrome, mirror-like:

The last photo closeup is exactly what the original emblems looked like...that must be the original molds, that is not pitting.

Not all Chinese products are bad.
Only the stuff that sell here.
I think it's the importer's choice.
They do make a lot of good stuff
 
So they did have the 'pot marks" if you look close up
 
Here’s another Nos that not perfect either but the imperfection between the BL is on both Nos.
The repro does not have that same imperfection.
Also the bottom of the R seems to be worse on the repro.

I also preordered but have not completed the purchase.
After all it’s only a difference of 5 bucks for the pair after waiting 2 years.

NOS emblems are impossible to find. I have never seen a set anywhere in 10 years
 
Believe me, I would have scooped them up if I had ever seen them
 
I tried to buy a pair Nos a few years back for 300,
Didn’t bite.
The first one I pictured came from eBay had no box and was listed as used with wear. Without nuts.
Don’t remember if it was buy it now or not but it showed up and bang, never installed.
