so you have (example on 14bff) 4.56 carrer and want 4.10 gears?
thick gears are to fit 4.65 gears on a 4.10 carrier

its not possible, let me tell you why

the pinion is bigger on the 4.10s vs. the 4.56 so the ring gear mounting point is moved back away from the pinion. to make what you want work you would have to machine the back of the gears, thus weaking the ring gear as its too thin than designed. you may even go far enough to get into the valley of the gear which is junk.

hope this helps

I think that's what he wants to do, TJ. He said the carrier is numerically lower than the gears i.e. 4.56 gears on 4.10 carrier.
