Think this will work for my 85 1 ton?

Im swapping over to hydro clutch on my 85 and was wondering if this pre filled system will work for the older trucks?

i believe that the slave cylinder on those year trucks is on the passenger side, you may have too much line if you use it on the older style.

If your truck is an '85 and already has the manual tranny, it will already have the hyrdro stuff installed.

hes got a cucv, and swapped in a 465/205 from a '79 k20.

yeah yeah hes right, sorry i didnt make it clear. i have a 85 that i swapped in a 465 and i used a mechanical clutch. now im going hydro and was wondering if the prefilled system from 88+ trucks would work.

88 is a odd year.The K-10's were new body style and the slave was on the PS side.The blazers,Subs and one tons stayed the same side(DS)as the 87 back trucks.Make sure which year/application your getting.
