Yes it is easily modified....All the Galaxy radios are. They may be labeled 10M radios but that isn't what they are built for. /forums/images/graemlins/ignore.gif

I don't know about a price but I know it's "little brother" the 93T runs about $429.00 /forums/images/graemlins/eek.gif

My favorite is still the RCI 2950/2970 radios. I never heard or had a better radio for SSB in that price range.

I did, however, work TO4E on Juan de Nove/Europa Island over the weekend on 10SSB for country #327 /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

I've seen them, but I've had Galaxy radio's for years. It's kinda a brand loyalty thing.
