Thinking about buying a RV???

Just wanting to know who owns an RV or who uses one for a tow rig. I'm considering buying an older one to use as a tow rig but I dont know anything about them. I really just want to know which ones are quality and whichs ones have the best life span. I dont want to spend to much, maybe around $6000. I would like to maybe get a chevy powered one just in case I needed to rob my blazer for parts if it was to break down. Also I dont want a really big one, and which ones are easier to work on if needed.

If you are going to use your R.V. for a tow rig, make sure it's got a big block. The small block R.V.'s, even the small ones are only rated for about 5,000 lbs. I would suggest get the smallest R.V. with the biggest motor. You might be able to call a dealer to get some tow rates.
